Support the operational backbone of a live summer exhibition. Work alongside Curator Munira Mohammed across artist liaison, production logistics, and on-ground execution at El Hosh Gallery.

 

This internship is designed for emerging professionals with an interest in exhibition management, cultural production, or arts coordination. As Coordinator Intern, you will be embedded in the day-to-day operations of Returning to Nature — from pre-production planning through opening night and public programming. You will gain practical experience in artist communication, documentation, event support, and the organizational systems that bring exhibitions to life.

What You'll Do: Communicate with emerging and established artists on logistics, timelines, and documentation Assist with shortlisting artworks aligned with the curatorial direction Support artwork documentation — artist biographies, statements, and provenance records Coordinate exhibition openings, artist talks, guided tours, and community workshops Manage on-site logistics during installation and de-installation periods
